QH-YK04 Motorized Background Lifter,Wall Mounted Electric Background System With Wireless Remote Control
The motorized background lifter is designed for raising / lowering of backgrounds using a wired or wireless remote control (included). Changing the background not take seconds.
The elevator consists of a drive part with electric motors and a wired remote control, a mate lift and four shafts 3.15m long. The drive and mate housings are made of steel. Both cases have mounting holes. It is possible to install the lift both on the wall and on the ceiling. Seats for shafts are equipped with bearings and screw clamps. Backgrounds up to 3.15 m wide are wound on the tubes of the lift.
The lift is powered by AC power. Power cable length about 270 cm. On the drive part there is a control unit with LED indication of the lift operation.
Remote controls Wired remote control is equipped with 4 buttons for each TUBE In addition, it has a power switch for the entire hoist as a whole. The cable length of the wired remote is about 210 cm. Wireless radio remote equipped with an antenna to increase the range, buttons for raising / lowering backgrounds. The remote works from two 12V type 23A batteries. The effective range of up to 50 m. 4 TUBES are provided in the lift kit. The TUBE is an aluminum pipe with a diameter of 47 mm. One end of the tube(without a hole for the retainer) is freely inserted into the hole in the mating part of the elevator. The second end (with a hole for the retainer) is inserted into the coupling of the drive part and secured with a bolt and nut from turning.
You can replace or set the background by rewinding the background from the sleeve to the shaft, securing the edge of the background on the shaft with tape. Or put the background together with its sleeve on the shaft, compensating for the difference in the diameters of the shaft and the sleeve with suitable elastic materials (rubber, dense foam, foam plastic, etc.). Thanks to such inserts between the shaft and the roll, the latter will not rotate on the shaft. Since the inner diameters of the rolls are not standardized, there is no other way but to use anti-slip, compensating for the difference in shaft diameters and inner diameter.
